At Weede LLC, we strive to provide a seamless platform that connects customers with cannabis storefronts. However, it’s important to note that Weede LLC does not sell or deliver products directly.
Refunds may be issued in the following cases only:
Order not fulfilled: The order was never delivered or made available for pickup by the retailer.
Order refused before completion: You declined the order before receiving it — meaning before it was handed off, signed for, or verified by ID at the point of delivery or pickup.
Once an order has been completed and confirmed via ID and/or signature, it is considered final. Weede and its partnered retailers do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction, preference changes, or post-delivery complaints.
To request a refund under the permitted conditions:
Email support@weede.io within 24 hours of your scheduled fulfillment time.
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Important: Weede LLC does not provide returns. All inquiries about returns must be dealt with through the individual storefronts.
For all other refund requests or inquiries, customers must contact the specific store where the purchase was made. Each store maintains its own refund policies, and Weede LLC is not responsible for disputes regarding the quality, condition, or acceptability of products after delivery.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inquire about the store’s refund policy before placing an order. By using the Weede LLC platform, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to this refund policy.
